Refund and Returns Policy for Muskan Interior Pvt Ltd

At Muskan Interior Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide high-quality interior design, architecture, and construction services to our clients. Our refund and returns policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness in all our transactions. Please read the following terms carefully before proceeding with our services.


1. General Policy

  • Due to the nature of our services, refunds and returns are generally not applicable once a project has commenced.

  • We encourage clients to review project details, design plans, and service agreements carefully before approval.


2. Cancellation and Refunds

2.1. Before Project Commencement:

  • If a client wishes to cancel the project before work has begun, a refund may be issued, deducting any administrative and consultation fees incurred.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@muskaninterior.com.

2.2. After Project Commencement:

  • Once work has started, refunds will not be issued for completed tasks, labor, or materials already procured.

  • If the client wishes to discontinue the project, only unused and non-customized materials may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to vendor policies.


3. Returns of Materials and Products

  • Any returns of materials purchased through Muskan Interior Pvt Ltd will be subject to the supplier’s return policy.

  • Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

  • Clients requesting a return must notify us within 7 days of receiving the materials.


4. Defective or Incorrect Deliveries

  • If any delivered materials are found to be defective or incorrect, clients must notify us within 3 days of receipt.

  • We will coordinate with suppliers to arrange a replacement or refund, depending on supplier policies.


5. Modification and Adjustments

  • Design or construction modifications requested after project commencement may incur additional costs.

  • Clients are encouraged to finalize design and material choices before the start of the project to avoid unnecessary delays or expenses.


6. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes regarding refunds or returns, we will attempt to reach an amicable resolution.

  • If a resolution cannot be achieved, the matter will be subject to Nepalese law and addressed through appropriate legal channels.
